[Enter Moon from Keepsake-Cavern]
While Aegis rested, the sound of hooves against the rocky floor quickly approached, and the blue-coated unicorn soon entered, his eyes quickly falling on the wounded pony. The other stallion, who had remained close to Aegis, keeping an eye on him, quickly got up upon Moons entrance, rather visibly relieved. "Doc! You're back!"
Moon nodded lightly at him at the greeting, offering him a small smile before his gaze returned to Aegis, and more specifically, his bound shoulder. "I am. How is he?" He asked, as trotted up to Aegis, sitting down besides him. The stallion quickly summarised the situation to the best of his ability, exchanging information until Moon too knew enough of the situation, which wasn't too much, all things considering. When done, Moon gave the wounded stallion a light nudge as he began to slowly take off the bandages so he could inspect the wound properly, and try as he might, the chance that he would wake was high anyhow, so the best course of action would be too wake him. Or at least see if he was conscious. "Hello? Can you hear me?"

He stirred slowly, soon offering a tired but playful grin as the doctor spoke. "Just been having a really good dream, doc. Sorry to bother ya about my messed up shoulder, though. Tried to be a hero, but it didn't work. How're you?" He asked, his tone a little groggy but trying to be pleasant for Moon. The doctor was always nice and polite whenever Aegis had spoken to him, so he tried to be the same for the good doctor.
His shoulder was still very sore, and he couldn't help but wince as the bandages came off. His mind was slowly kicking back into gear. He remembered the things from his dream, realizing his shortcomings and resolving to adapt to them and thus turn his weakness into strength, just as he did before he joined the camp 5 years ago. "Hey, Doc...There's a lot of injured ponies in the Gathering Nook and out by Celestia's Gate. I don't need much help, but they need it badly. By the way, sorry if dinner is a little late tonight." He said, throwing in a little joke at the end so as not to break morale. These ponies needed it badly after Deut went crazy. He couldn't help but ponder the consequences of this. But Genesee had to be told sooner or later.
