Moon stood in chock as the screams and yells echoed through his mind. He could hardly believe it. The news of hearing that Moxie, their very newest crew-member, suddenly was dead, that Onyx was by the sound of it soon to be dead as well and all the screams, it was all... too much. He was just a doctor for crying out loud. None of this is what he had trained and studied for... though he doubted if he ever could have trained for something like this.
He likely would have continued just standing there while everypony around him continued to panic had it not been for Trixie. She, thankfully, snapped him out of the chock, as he shakily and with the fear rather clear in his eyes nodded back. "Y-Yes! R-Right, I ah, you are r-right!" He said, taking deep breaths in a attempt to calm down a little. And while he usually didn't really approve of most weapons, he was very much glad to see her shotgun at the ready. "W-Where do we go?" He asked as he scrambled to take out his flashlight, shining it around the room in search for... whatever it was that was out there. It was no weapon, but it was better than holding nothing.

Trixie thought for a moment thinking of a place they could go to, she ground her teeth before it came to mind. "Let's head to the cock pit, hopefully the pilots are still around, we'll need them too"

Seller and Tara would find it disorienting to navigate the darkened corridors at first, though with a bit of time they would eventually find themselves far away from the rest of the group, and facing down a large metal door. Behind this door was surely the hangar bay in which the SS Mercury was docked, though all previous attempts to override the industrial sized door proved fruitless over the last few days. Weyland had grounded the ship, and thus any basic codes the rest of the crew possessed were all but useless. A somewhat primitive control panel was attached to the wall next to the door, waiting for any kind of input. The grotesque sounds of teeth breaking bone would echo through the hallway as the Alien creature continued to devour the now dead Moxie. Clearly occupied, it would not care to pursue Archimedes. As Flux and Cobblestone attempted to double back and rejoin the rest of the crew, a large figure would drop from the ceiling in front of them. Hissing and barring it's sharp and threatening teeth at them, the Alien slowly stood up on it's hind legs. Whatever it was, it was positively massive, being taller than both Flux and Cobblestone combined. It's long, spear like tail swishes behind it as it looks between the two ponies, preparing to strike. The struggle for Onyx would very quickly prove to be a one sided one, as the Alien displayed just how strong it really was. Digging it's claws deeper into the Pegasus' leg until it reached bone, the physically superior creature out muscles both Onyx and Basilisk. Pulling the Pegasus down beneath the floor grate and away from the Captain's grasp, the two disappear into the darkness. From above Dr.Moonlight, a long, gangling pair of arms would reach down from an exposed ventilation shaft, and grab the unicorn by the neck and mane. Pulling him upwards, the creature would attempt to pull him up into the ventilation shaft. The motion trackers would go ballistic, as dozens of readings closed in around the room. Several Xenomorphs could be spotted crawling around the ceiling and latching to the walls, as well as emerging from the floor grates. The crew was quickly becoming outnumbered in what was turning into a kill zone. RIP ONYX MIND

Cobblestone let out an uncharacteristically feminine shriek, stopping short and quickly taking two steps back again, doing her best to keep her nailgun aimed at the monstrosity's head the whole time. She glanced around, sparing only a second to look behind her before she whipped her head around again to watch the alien.
"Yeah, well, I think it's time to get strategic here. My strategy is GETTING THE BUCK OUTTA HERE, what do you think of that?"

The doctor had been just about to give the mare in front of him a shaky nod of confirmation at her plan when he instead let out a scared and surprised gasp as he suddenly felt clawed fingers close around his neck and mane, pulling him upwards towards the vents above. The flashlight he had pulled out fell onto the floor as his already shaky magical grip on it was released by the sudden chock. Fear and panic gripped even tighter around his already frightened heart as he struggled against the strong arms pulling him towards certain death. A terrified "AH!" was all he managed to "say", as no words seemed to surface.

"No no!" Basilisk held onto Oryx before he was stolen from him. "NO!" The captain managed to say before he grasped his pistol and unloaded 3 shots into the dark abyss below, trying to kill whoever took one of his crewmates, looking over his radar, he saw a bunch of red dots going ballistic, his pupils shrank. He yelled into his comms "Oryx is gone! We lost Oryx! We need to regroup now! Regroup at where we docked our ship, This place is under sieged by something and that something is trying to kill us!" He began to run back to the docked ship is.

Panting and covered in sweat, Seller had finally made his way to the ship. He felt a bond with it, even if it technically wasn't his his, but the companies. The big thing was modern, yet clunky and basic, unwilling to let him do anything fancy, lest the gravitational stabilizers go bust and suddenly everypony's on the ceiling. He trotted up to the control panel and stood in front of it, making sure the Co-pilot can't see.
Carefully, he inputted the six digit code, assuming his deal with the executive would allow him free reign over the lockdown procedures. Him and Tara had quite the head-start on the rest of the crew, most likely ensuring that they could both get in and lock the doors behind them.

Flux had stopped short, skidding onward for a short distance before backpedaling and training the welding torch in the same direction as Cobblestone's nailgun.
"I would be quite agreeable to that," he said in a bit of a restrained voice, not wanting to make any sudden moves or sounds that would set the monstrosity off. Though he kept his volume down there was no mistaking the fear in his tone. "What do you think the chances are that if we don't move it won't see us?"

(Miniature update time! No, this doesn't mean you guys get two extra posts lol) Beep. The red light on the control panel flashes green, as the doors to the hangar bay open for Seller and Tara. Inside, the massive ship SS Mercury, their home for years, lays dormant.

Tara was panting heavily, having followed the pilot for the whole time in a quick pace. He had indeed not seen the code the pilot had put into the control panel and instead was trying to catch this breath. Just as he was about to ask what the next step was, the big doors opened and he looked into the hangar and at the ship, a sudden rush of safety comming over him. They finally made it and now he and the pilot would be safe.
Hopefully, the other crew members would get there as well so they could safe them. He really did wish they could have all just left as a team but in that chaos, nopony would have listend to him anyway. He took a shaky step through the now opened doors and looked around the hangar carefully, not fully trusting the situation even if he felt a little more safe.

His heart racing, Seller takes one look back as the Co-pilot slowly trots in. Once the grey stallion was in, he took a trot inside himself and entered the command to close the doors again, then lock them down. His code should override any of the other crew members. Wanting to do this himself, Seller trotted to the thick glass window in one of the hanger doors and sat down in front of it.
He looked over to Tara and batted a hoof dismissively, "Go into the ship and make sure everything is fine. I'm going to have a talk with whoever comes back here." he says with a cold tone.

"A-alright, Sir. Will do" The young earth pony stallion saluted towards his superiour before turning and trotting towards the ship. While he would have loved to discuss some things with the pilot, the unicorn didn't seem in a talking mood and he wasn't a pony to question a direct order like that. If he just followed orders and did what the other, smarter ponies said, he was sure he would survive and get home with them. They got special training on how to deal with these situations, right? At least that was what Tarascha had hoped for.
He reached the ship after a few moments and opened one of the doors, carefully stepping into the ship and disappearing inside the big metal frame on his own, leaving the pilot to do whatever he wanted outside. Inside the ship it would be much more safe. He just knew it.

Archimedes spotted his companions at the end of hallway, his heart racing as he saw them staring *it* down. He wanted to call out, to tell them to run away. He settled for sprinting after them. Seeing a bathroom between them, he shouted, "Flux, Cobble, into the bathtoom! I'll distract it!"
He quickly readied Celestia's Beacon in the off position, ready to ignite the torch as soon as the coast was clear.

"These things just ambushed us from the ventilation shafts or wherever else in the walls. I really don't think their eyes are our biggest problem." Her ears twitched as she heard Archimedes shouting something, but she kept staring at the alien, her nail gun still aimed at its head, specifically its mouth.
"Sounds like the dragon has a plan. It's probably a horrible plan, given our situation, but it's better than no plan. I need you to figure out what bathroom he means and tell me where to run while I keep my eyes on that thing. You start running for it on the count of three or when I start screaming bloody murder. Sound good?"

Trixie frantic as she sees the good Doctor being pulled away quickly launched some fireballs past him into the vent. She wasn't about to let him die, and she didn't trust her aim with her shotgon.
