This tower is designated for anypony worthy of King Sombra's hospitality. After the stair-climb up, the guest would find three floors of accommodation; the first floor is a living area with a dining room, kitchen, lounge, and a living room. The second floor - along with a balcony that gives a lovely view - holds a bedroom and bathroom. The third floor is the roof, which doesn't offer much view-wise, but if a pegasus needed to land or take off, the roof would be their best bet.

[Enter Ruby Rose & Princess Lilith.]
Making it to the room and hating to see more darnkess, Ruby could hear her mental state groan in annoyance. Did he care for anything other then pain and making ponies miserable? Suffering and slipping quite a few times up the steps, Ruby Rose had placed Lilith down on the seemingly not deadly bed. Sitting on the floor in an exhausted state, the teenage mare easily passes out not long after.

Lilith after a short while, rose from her slumber. She looked down to see Ruby on the floor. Poor thing. Lilith felt sorry for the pony in front of her. She was too young to be experiencing all of this. Lilith brought a pillow and a blanket to the teenage mare, making sure she was comfortable on the floor.
Lilith soon looked around and slowly trotted around. Her ears rosen up. "Where am I...?" She told herself as she exited the bedroom. Soon she looked at the balcony. "Oh." She went straight back to the bedroom and flopped on her bed.

Stiring in her sleep, Ruby Rose had felt herself stop shivering at the warm touch of the blanket. Worn out from the day's events, her body was not yet suitable to handle such stress levels thus far. Falling into a deep slumber, the red coated unicorn had slowly begun to snore lightly as time passed on. Coming up on a nightmare however, her body had begun to struggle once more as bright eyes jolted awake, causing her to sit up and begin breathing heavily.
"Goodness.."
Realizing where she was, a wave of worry had shot through her as her eyes darted for the princess. Spotting her on the bed, she had begun to panic as it became clear that she fell asleep on the first day of her..job?
"I..m so sorry.. i shouldn't have fallen asleep.. I hope I didn't wake you.."

Lilith looked at the unicorn, staring at her until she woke up. She shushed Ruby with her wing. "I woke up before you." Lilith replied. "Come, you deserve better than to lay down on the floor. I need you to tell me what happened after I...passed out." Lilith told her. "And how did a young mare like yourself get here in the first place?"

"I..oh..okay."
Nodding without much questioning, Ruby Rose moved her limping self onto the bed. Judging from the way she held herself, it was obvious she had at least one broken rib. Making her way there and sitting down, she tried to think of what to say to the princess. Glancing into her eyes, the mare's presence had inspired her to try harder at believing things were going to be okay.
"I.. Helped carry you.. sort of. The King threw a wave of curse words at the Queen for thinking she might betray him. He then said you were a special guest and to take you here. After that.. I tried my best to get you here. The guard that followed wasn't much help, but he did manage to help with the stairs. Ehe.. I got here.. Because I was in the wrong place at the wrong time. I live in ponyville.. well, did. And I saw a pony trying to go into a forbidden and dangerous area of the library of the princess of friendship. Hearing screams, I panicked and went to find somepony to help.. I ran into the bat pony, who I thought was a guard and got him to try and rescue the pony. By the time we got there, the pony was gone and the beast attacked us. He fought brave and defeated the beast, but in doing so, the Queen herself showed up and said we murdered her child.. So She.. sent us here to be tortured and murdered.."

Lilith nodded softly as she placed a wing around the mare in a comforting manner. The princess shook her head and sighed. It's such a sorry state this country is in. "I am terribly sorry all of this happened to you dear. You didn't deserve any of this. This country is probably just filled with the mad just like him...and this so called 'queen'." Lilith replied. "You need medical attention...let me see if a guard is outside." Lilith sorry for the poor mare. All though she wasn't the one to care much about the help, she knew when to show mercy. She was...in some ways, better off than Ruby. All though she now had to carry the burden of being some oracle rather than a Queen, the country would not care what happened to her. All though, Sombra seemed to, which was good. The pieces to her ill plotted plan are falling into place, she'll live another day. "I'll be right back. Stay here."
Lilith soon jumped off the bed and walked out of the room, seemingly more active than how she was before. Once she got to the stairs she trotted down and looked around for a guard. She easily found one, and tapped it's shoulder with her wing. "Guard." She commanded his attention. "My maid needs medical attention, send a doctor to the tower."

As a sign of respect, an Umbrum guard is always placed outside the guest tower, armored with a thin spear and the standard issue gladius. The tall, silver armor golem did not move until it was spoken to, to which it turned its head and looked at her silently with its empty black eyes.
It hunched down, giving what one could only assume to be a bow, then hissed: "...At once..." at her softly through its armor. It then stood up, turned down the hallway, and trotted at a steady pace.

Abit more scared of what the soldier would say and do, Ruby Rose had stayed in her spot for some time. Wanting to curl into a ball and hide, his presence and wording alone was something anypony would be fearful against. Trying to catch her breathing, she was acting like a child. Here she was, cowering to some guard, when a few hours ago, she yelled at the King himself. Pondering how strange her mind had become, red eyes floated to the nice princess. She was different then the ponies here. She didn't deserve this torment and awful accommodations, so why did she? Waiting until the guard left, Ruby spoke up.
"Miss.. You are too kind. Tell me, Why do you chose to stay here? It seems like an awful place, why would anyone come here?"
