By the edge of Las Pegasus, there is a small body of water that travels down a stream towards a small river. While it seems harmless and worthless, this water actually had became a working order in alot of the city's power since the brutal war. Refreshing and slow streamed, its a nice place to sit back from the trade union and Casinos around here.
