When prisoners aren't eating in their rooms by the employees, they are forced to come here. Mainly for role-call, prisoners here can interact with each other in this lonely environment. However, this does not mean that every prisoner is as friendly as others, and can often lead to fights breaking out, even from the best of ponies.
