One. Two. Three.
Waiting her turn to strike, the Queen's darkened orbs widen at Steel's display. Hesitant on continuing, Chrysalis placed a hoof over her chest in pain. What was this feeling!? Making a disgruntled noise, the tall monstrous mare winced in pain. Nearly letting the gate go from her magical grip, the Queen snapped out of her stupor. Whatever emotions she was feeling from him sacrificing himself would have to wait!
"Enough! You cretin!"
Slamming the sharpened piece of gate reverence spiraling into the dragon's back, Chrysalis dropped her aura. Wiping away the obvious sweat from her forehead, the mare walked forward. Moving around Steel, the Queen of Equestria walked up to comfront the hopefully injured beast.
"You will obey us or die a most painful death."

Finally ending the tremendous abruption of flames, the dragon grew furious. Widened pupils tremble at the sight before him. Watching the mere stallion take the hit, the continuous circles of the bright shields was enough to confuse any creature. Unsure on what was going on, the sword's strike to Augite's chest was enough for a scream. Screeching out an ear bleeding cry, small arms had continued to swipe at his eyes, desperately hoping to erase the burning sensation as it were.
Stepping back and thus falling into the Queen's trap, the sharp metal broke through his thick scaled skin far deeper then the sword could have dreamed. Crying out, the enormous reature had begun to fall forward! Wanting to listen to the Queens demands but failing, he had nothing left. Crashing down on any that refused to move, the sudden pain from the gates end and the duel attack led by the stallions was far too great. Creating debree from its fall, left over ash had begun to sprinkle from the sky, his days of lighting fire were over.

Seeing the dragon go down like that Strong was underwhelmed. Walking up next to the queen Strong let his shields fade away. He could always react fast enough to get a barrier up and the queen still had the wards he had place on her.
Yawning a bit "Well... looks like someone forget the first law of hunting."

"What's the matter? A dragon rampaging through a city too boring for ya?" Steel asked as he sheathed his blade, re-tieing the string around it as he did so. "Though I do have to admit it was a little too easy taking him down...doesn't change the fact he already ruined a good portion of the city before he got here."

Watching the events unfold, Chrysalis sighed in relief. Feeling her bones tremble from exhaustion, it was simply too much. From the memory spell to the annoyance of the drake, her magic reached its speak. Even still, Steel's words ran through her head. With all of her children and fellow pony soldiers alike, the dragon got father then she had all those years ago! Growling to herself, the Queen's mind had begun to grow darker with power.
"I ask this same question. This beast should not have gotten this far. My soldiers need a lesson in staying on guar-"
Stopping her sentence short, the Queen of Equestria had collapsed to her own concrete steps. Finding her vision quickly dissipating, green orbs stared into the two newest ponies in her arsenal.
"You two.. Get me inside."

Shortly after the Queen's collapse a dark Smokey form began to sprout and materialize before everypony currently present. Before he formed a solid form he look around eyes forming out of the smoke. He let out a dark chuckle and finished materializing now in a solid form. It was clear if it wasn't before, King Sombra has arrived.
"Well Well Well, what's a matter Chrysalis? Couldn't handle a measly little dragon? Or have you just grown weaker during your rule of pony kind?" He said as he cast his glance over to the Queen. He didn't quite ignore the others so much as pay them little mind.

Moving quickly Strong step under the queen, catching her. Lifting her on to his back with the strength born of a live time in the military, Strong started giving orders.
"Steel finish that beast off and come all with me." Nodding to the earth pony before addressing the soldiers.
"You lot... take care of cleaning up this mess. I want the gate and ground back to normal before the queen wakes, got it?!" Strong then singled out one soldier.
"And you see to the... Crystal kings accommodations." Finally looking at Sombra. "You'll need to wait till the queen has got her rest. We can have a room made up for you or you can come back later. Just let the staff know one way or the other."
With all of that out of the way Strong did as the queen had asked and carried her inside.

The sight of thr king before him was...a little overwhelming to say the least, but the stallion kept his wits about him as he moved to do as he was asked.
Passing the king as he drew his blade. His gaze would shift towards Sombra, a gentle yet unkind smile playing on his lips
"Sup." He mused as he passed the king of the Crystal empire.

Widened changeling orbs watch in horror at their Queens reaction. Getting orders from a pony nonetheless, the royal guards had begun to stare at eachother with hesitation. Unsure on what to do, the sudden arrival of the King had the creatures lowered to the ground in fear. Bowing in trembles, one soldier in particular had glared at Steel for his disrespect. Whispering to his position, the changeling tried to seek reason. "Ssssteel, you musssst bow. You will ssssuffer the conssequencess."

"I should kill them both for being so informal and rude, though I'll let them be for now." He says more so for himself then anypony else.
"Rise and bring you to the finest room you have to offer to accommodate my stay while I await for your Queen to be well again." He sighs softly already dreading the thought of staying in this place filled with pests any longer than he had too.

The stallion looked towards the changeling before waving a hoof. "Only pony I bow to is my wife. Now if you don't mind, I need to take care of the dragon." The stallion mused, his hooves taking him towards the drake in question. Jumping on top of the downed monster, Steel would make his way towards where the heart of the monster beat, his steely gaze shifting from the spot, towards the monster's eyes.

Rising immediately with scrambling hooves, the changelings had quickly moved to the Kings side. Ready to escort him to the throne room, in their Queens state, the soldier's knew they had no choice. The rise of power would fall to the next in line. All knowing Sombra was somehow the better pick when in comparison to Nightmare Moon, they motioned for his following hooves to venture forth. "R-right thisss way sssir."

[Enter Her majesty's royal guard.]
Pushing open the doors to the palace gates, the pony in uniform had widened his eyes in horror. Keep him busy, yeah, that should be a roaring good time! Filled with sarcastic rage towards Strong Defense for putting him up to this, the royal guard had bowed respectively. "My king. While our Queen is in rest, may I suggest you make yourself at home? Can I offer you any refresh-ments.."

Augite was quiet. Injured and silent, the large two headed dragon hadnt made a peep. Slowly dying as its dark red blood drizzled the concrete below, he suffered. Wanting a end to the pain so sharp, the stallions movements gave him clarity. Despite his actions, no creature deserved the right to die ever so slowly as the world moved on around him. Wanting to speak up, his voice could not work. Clenching his eyes shut at Steel's sudden sword appeared, the dragon waited in tears. End it..

"Thank you for the offer, but for now I'll decline. I had a lovely feast with an ally moment ago and I'm still full and refreshed from then. Though I appreciate the offer. Of course I'll follow you, you know the castle far better than I. Please lead the way." Sombra watched and followed the pests, but before he left he did want to say something to the pony he believed to be addressed as Steel.
"As for you mercenary I'm assuming, not bowing to be is indeed a stupid move, but now bowing to your wife is a far great bad move. I wish you the best" He smirks as he follows the changeling pests.

Gulping at Steels resistance, the three soldiers in question had quickly scurried for the door. Opening it up, the lead guard had quickly brought on the bravest face he could muster. "Right this way my King.. Straight ahead, the doors will shine with a beautiful embroidered golden pattern located at ends of the hall. Followed by the statues inside." Hoping he could distract enough to save th swordsmans life, he hopped inside.

The stallion paused in his sword strike, Sombra's words ringing in his ears as he did so. "Heh...i think I want to fight him..." He mused quietly to himself
His gaze would fall to the dragon, something akin to pity welling up within him. Still the dragon's past actions edged him on.
"For all you have done here, you deserve a lot worse. But...Even I hate to see a creature suffer..." He told it before bringing the tip of his blade down upon the dragon. The sword stabbing though the dragon's scales like a 1000 degree knife though butter, peirceing the drakes heart with ease.
"Whatever your next life will be, always remember what we did here today, to you, and looks back in regret for your actions."
