Small compared to Manehattan, this thriving city is home to many surfers and beach goes of the land. For those of you liking it hot, this famous place is the one for you.

[Enter Rough Seas inside of an abandoned grain mill.]
The white stallion looks down at a map of the city with a few of his fellow resistance members, discussing plans on what to do next.
The room has a grey couch that looks almost like it was salvaged from a junkyard and several mattress for beds along the sides, next to drawers for personal gear. There is the flag of Equestria hanging along the wall along with several other posters or flags to decorate the room. The room is located underground near the water wheel that connects the the stream, although it serves no true purpose. The room is connected to another cave where water has leaked into the room from the stream above. Going to the right, leads upstairs to a wooden door that leads outside to the inner room of the mill. A member stands my the door, wearing normal clothing to guard it. From an outsider perspective, he looks harmless. Barrels of cider line the walls on the outside.
Several members are walking around, mostly armed with swords or daggers.
