(Hope it'll be okay to post both of them here. Mostly because they share somewhat the same back ground when they meet...and i'm lazy..)
Name: Chester St. Mint / Cammy
Nickname: Cash / Airhead
Age: 22 / 21
Gender: Stallion / Stallion
Species: Earth/Sea pony / Unicorn
Place of Birth: In the deep oceans of Equestria / Manehattan
Occupation: Traveling helpers
Allegiance: To the princesses
Relationship Status: Single / Single
Mane: Cash's mane has both a seaweed look and feel to it, and through the years, it's grown long enough to fall down his face.
Cammy's Cloud-like hair met the same fate through time, though his was much more serious. Now, his hair fell down his face a few inches from the ground in thick, soft curls
Eyes: Rusty orange / Hot pink
Living Relatives: Cammy is Cash's adopted brother. Cash's mother and father are in cavern prison cells underwater. Last Cammy heard of his family was when they were vacationing in Manehattan. As for the woman who took Cash in, their connection was severed during the war. As for Cammy's family, he as well lost connections.
General Description: Cash sports a dark blue coat. He has grown slightly more bulky throughout the years, but still managed to keep a familiar build. He has managed to hold onto his fishing cap, which now has several small patches missing and loss of color. He now wears a large orange fishing jacket to hold his rod and other pieces of equipment. His 'fur' is much more rough and unpleasant at the touch.
Cammy has followed his older brothers lead and worked out when he could to put on some muscle . As a unicorn, it's pretty difficult to put on muscle as it is, but the results were worth it. His coat is a chocolate brown. The two have traveled from cit to city making money, and throughout that time, Cammy managed to snag a pair of aviator shades and a red do rag.
Skills: Cash is a professional fisherpony that has grown good to the point where he can use his fishing rod in a fight. Also he has grown treasure hunting skills over the coarse of five years, and has learned to dig far into ground. His body is incredibly sturdy and can resist the worst of impacts. With that comes a healing factor that activates automatically when he is in an area where there is moisture in the air. His sense of smell goes far beyond the normal earth pony, and his sea pony blood gave him gills to breath underwater, and the ability to communicate with fish.
Cammy is now able to take as much physical punishment as an earth pony his age due to his travels. He has gained more control of his magic and can now use it without tiring himself out almost instantly. He is much more charismatic than his brother and can charm a smile onto almost anypony.
Faults: Cash has a serious issue with being blunt. Though his brother is used to the verbal punishment, Cash gives no regard to anypony else's feelings. Cash's strength is still linked to the environment, so if he is in a dry area, his strength depletes dramatically and he could die.
Cammy is not in any way a genius and is more of a follower. Very rarely would he make decisions for a group or in any way lead
Equipment: Cash always carries a metal fishing rod wherever he goes. With this he carries a case of hooks, lines and bait.
Cammy carries a jewel encrusted necklace that was enchanted to keep his raw magic power at bay and calm Cash's instincts.
History: (Before Tenebris Dawn) Cash was born in an underwater society that was untouched by those above the surface. His mother was a native and his father was an earth pony. The both of them knew that what they were doing was illegal, and had hopped that his mothers genes would be more dominant and Cash would be able to live with his mother. Unfortunately, the result was the exact opposite, and Cash was born with an earth pony body. It didn't take long for officials to track down Cash's father and put him in a cavern prison cell where he would soon rot. Cash's mother, however, was put in a more rough situation. Not only was her taken away mere moments after his birth, he was born without gills and would soon suffocate.
Knowing this, Cash's mother wasted no time with taking him from holding and fled the underwater city. For the next few weeks, Cash's mother had him rest on a small deserted island, planning on teaching him how to swim when his gills finally grew. That plan was struck down when officials from the underwater city came after her. She swam for miles while her colt was wrapped in seaweed to help him breath. Finally, after hours of swimming, she came to the Manehattan shore. Celestia must have blessed her that night, because a young unicorn oceanographer was doing research on a small boat. At first, her presence terrified the young unicorn, but after learning about who she was, the unicorn had nothing but a list of questions. Questions the sea pony couldn't answer at the time as she begged the unicorn to take Cash in. The unicorn was skeptical, it was her last year in the Manehattan university and the last thing she wanted was a colt to look after. But seeing the utter desperation in the sea pony's eyes, she agreed and the sea pony fled.
Their relationship at first was nothing special; She would teach try to teach him to walk and he would just crawl. She would try to teach him to talk and he would just bite the air. She would try to teach him how to chew, but he would just swallow everything whole. It was difficult, but there was progress. When he turned 5, Cash was up and about. This also was around the time when his body started to resemble that of a seapony. His gills matured, his fur was rough and scale-like and his teeth became serrated, sharp and two more layers grew. It was obvious for when the unicorn came home there were chunks missing everywhere. From the sofa to the fridge, everything had a bite mark. When Cash turned 9, his fascination with fish increased to the point where he ate nothing but fish. His 'mother' finally met with his constant demand to take him to the aquarium. There, Cash didn't seem to blink as he was taken back by all the aquatic life. From the sea turtles to the clown fish, everything amazed him. But what he loved the most was a giant squid that was kept in a large tank. He looked at it like it was just served to him on a silver platter and didn't even pay attention to the tricks it did. When the show was over, the two were told to leave the area, but Cash wouldn't budge. He couldn't take his eyes off the squid. In an instant, he took off to a sprint and jumped into the tank.
That was met with an issue; Cash didn't know how to swim. Though he could breath, he couldn't do much but thrash about as he sank to the bottom of the tank. Thinking he was food, the squid went to grab him. Cash saw this and screamed, revealing his shark teeth. Upon seeing that, the squid fled to the other side of the cage. By the time they got him out something appeared on his flank. On his flank was the head of a large shark coming out of the water with it's mouth open wide.
By the time he was 14, him and his mother traveled all over and he thought that it was time he moved out. He took a trail to Canterlot where an empty apartment that was rented out by his mother was waiting for him.
What he didn't expect, however, was someone else already there. Someone that he's met before. A unicorn.

Cammy was born in Manehattan. His father was a pegasus and his mother was an earth pony. He was named after his grandmother because they share the same eyes. Soon after his birth, his parents started to witness something very odd about him. Mostly because he didn't have any control over his magic. It was argued that his magical level was up par with someone who started training in the magical arts, and given he was still a colt at this point, that was an incredible feat. His mother wanted him to head straight to Canterlot so he could enroll in the School for gifted young unicorns, but his father argued that he was too young and didn't know what he wanted to do yet.
His father would always take him to see shows at the local theater, but always had to put an inhibitor to keep his magic at bay so everyone else can enjoy without having to deal with something unusual happening at some point. Something else that Cammy loved was making ponies smile. He would often times leave his home to entertain ponies just because he could. It wasn't until he turned seven when his 'smoke' magic became a real issue and he went to the hospital to get tested. The doctors however, couldn't find an issue or any sort of chemical imbalance/ mutation that would effect his magic. He was just..born that way. His father took this fine, but his mother didn't want any part of it and went on with her acting career, completely neglecting Cammy as a whole.
Soon, His father had to sell the apartment so the two can move to Canterlot with his fathers three brothers. Or stooges as he refereed to them, mostly because they were a walking joke. He didn't want them to Influence Cammy, but after giving it a second thought, he realized that his son was a funny colt, so it might be good to be around funny ponies. The four of them stood out like sore thumbs in Canterlots prestige society, but they didn't care much. They had each other and not to mention a certain doughnut pony's shop that felt like home.
When he turned thirteen, his grandmother sent him a message about visiting. His father and uncles had no problem with it and he set off. The map that was given to him, though correct, was useless due to the fact that he was looking at it upside down. But, somehow, he made from Equestria to the Badlands in a few days on his cloud. He was too exhausted to keep flying and collapsed on a mountain. When he woke up, he was in a small hut on the side of a mountain with an old mare. Everything about her looked similar to Cammy, only difference was that her mane and tail was long enough to drag on the floor. She told him that in terms of magic abilities, they were the same.
"It's not a disease, more like a magical trait that skips a generation." She told him and started to preform smoke magic with ease. It amazed him, but Cammy's first visit to grandmas was cut short when she said, "You must now go to your brother. A journey awaits."
"Brother? But I--" She put her hoof up to shut him up and held a jewel encrusted necklace in the other.
"When you feel the time is right, come to me for this." In an instant, he disappeared in a puff of smoke to a furnished, yet empty house in Canterlot. Seconds later, someone entered the house. A colt around his age and a bit taller. He could have sworn he recognized him, but didn't know how.
(During TD) Cash and Cammy traveled equestria homeless. Though, Cammy did get skilled enough with his magic to make a Creation spell. With that, they were able to have an endless amount of funds. But it didn't suit them. They could be living in the lap of luxury, but preferred to be wanderers, always looking forward to what fate had in store for them if they didn't do anything too special. One day, while venturing through a bog he was met by a ghostly goat. He went by the name of Grogar and initially beckoned them to join him and his cause. Cash, rather insultingly, refused and the two went to go, but Grogar had other plans. He threatened Cammy's life by nearly drowning him in a bog, forcing Cash to swear allegiance to him. From then on, the the two have been doing jobs for Grogar with one condition; as long as Cash did everything he said, Cammy's life would be spared.
Soon, the two became separated while doing jobs. Cash continued to work for the 'devil', and Cammy aimlessly traveled the land. But the fun didn't stop there, for Cammy ran into what he referred to as 'angels' even though they tried to kill him. They had mare talk about princess-y things, though the topic itself did peak his interest as he set off to Canterlot. Whether or not it was fortunate for him to visit the same time a battle was going on would be up to speculation. But it was obvious that he wanted to stay for a while.
(5 years after TD) War was without a doubt the last thing either of them needed, not to mention that the number of odd jobs kept pilling up.
Given that Grogar wasn't really on either faction, Cash was left to strike when both forces were weak. Which took a long time as he sat through the majority of the war waiting for at least one side to slip up so he can do some damage to the other to quicken the genocide. Cash's primal instincts usually kicked in when he went to attack, which helped his nerves, but not the intoxicating smell afterwards. Then he started to notice that he would often times go against his masters wishes and attack when instinct took over, making most of the war a big blur. But seeing what he had did when we woke up was much more scaring. Nothing but carnage for miles, blood dripping from his mouth and a few chunks of body parts he occasionally threw up. He couldn't believe it.Not for a second could he believe what he was doing. What he had become. A weapon of war at the mercy of a deity. However, somewhere down the line, orders stopped coming in more frequently. From twice a day, to one a week until finally they stopped all together. Curiosity took over as Cash wanted to know what happened, so he ventured back to the bog. He called the devils name but he never made his presence known. Maybe this was a sign that he was free. But Cash still felt the same cold grip on his heart and soul, so it doesn't explain why the voice has gone silent. But that didn't matter, no orders meant that Cash, even for a moment, was free to do as he pleased. So he sought to find his brother, praying that the war didn't take him.
Cammy was alive. Oh, was he alive. So alive it was questionable if this guy even feared death. He was fighting for the princesses, yes, but that doesn't come close to excusing all of the collateral damage he did in the process. During war, Cammy found that smoke and creation magic combined wasn't going to cut it, so he dedicated time to body building so he can fight off some enemies hoof-to-hoof. It wasn't until the war was over when he decided to do a little damage recon. He headed back to Canterlot to see how everyone was doing, and what he saw, had to be the biggest wake-up call in his life. Ponies looked like they were starving, fillies and colts were crying as their parents were being mercilessly beaten to death in front of them.
What's happening He thought as he trotted around the ruined city. He made it past what looked like troops patrolling. He didn't know why they were there, but something told him to stay out of sight. A tap on his shoulder made Cammy jump out of his skin. He turned around to see a group of ponies in rags and chains.
"What do you think you're doing?!" The closest mare said in a hushed yell. "You'll be killed for sure if they catch you!"
"Catch me? Wait, why-" Some force told him to turn around to see the fallen palace as his eyes widened in absolute horror. "What.....t-this can't.." He turned back to the ponies. "We-"
"Hey wait a minuet!" One stallion somewhat yelled. "I recognize you!" He trotted up to Cammy, his voice filled to the brim with ire. "You were there! You were there during the attack!"
"Well, yeah, I-I was, but-"
"Wait...I recognize him too! You're the one who destroyed an entire block of houses just to take out one changeling! What kind of pony does that!?"
"I was just...well..i-it seemed like we were gonna win so, I-I was having...fun."
That statement was met with a rough back hoof. "Fun!!? What mindset would look at this and think it would fall into any category under fun!? You clueless joke!!" The mare lunged to attack him, but was pulled away by troops who proceeded to beat her senselessly. However, the mare and Cammy did get a chance to have their eyes meet. The mare had a blank expression as she was being beaten, as if she was used to this sort of punishment. As the thought of how long they have been tortured like this went through his mind, a stream of tears came down his face as he took off on a cloud to escape troops that spotted him. Once he was a good distance away from what was the good city of Canterlot, Cammy shook his head in distress and whispered an apology as he took off at high speeds. He knew where he had to go.
It took merely an hour for Cammy to arrive back at the badlands. He soon found the hut and went inside. He called for his grandma, but there was now answer, just the chilling howl of wind moving through the gaps in the walls. But, through the darkness he saw something sparkle. Upon closer inspection it appeared to be the jewel encrusted necklace draped on a wooden chair that she showed him years ago. He took it and turned it around to look on the back. He saw what looked to be a carving that didn't look like it was supposed to be there. After taking moments of putting it in the light and trying to sound it out, he read it.
"Enough games."Those words practically echoed through his head as he stared up a wall to his side. On it was a photo with his mother, father, grandma and uncles on it, with a mare wearing glasses that he never seen before. There was a text written in white cursive.
It's time to make ponies smile again.
Love,
Everyone
As much as he forced himself to, Cammy couldn't hold back the tears. He took a moment to look at the photo, making sure he wouldn't forget his families faces, put on the necklace and took off to the sky to find his brother
Cash had taken a little time from finding his brother to doing something he hasn't done in a long time; fishing. He had forgotten what it felt like to hear the cool stream as the refreshing moisture in the air helped calm him down. That was short lived as a familiar gust of wind hit him from behind. He smirked slightly as he turned around to see his now fully grown brother floating before him.
At first, he didn't recognize him, he was muscular, his hair draped from his head and he had battle scars.
For Cammy, if it wasn't for the fishing cap,he would've mistaken the pony before him for a hulking mass.
They shared a few laughs about each others appearances before embracing in a tight hug.
"What's this?" Cash said, poking at the necklace.
Cammy sat down and sighed, holding the necklace to his chest. "My grandma said to came get this when I thought I needed it.." He took a pause, tears starting to slowly stream down his face. He looked back up with a hopeful smile. "It's gonna help us make ponies smile again."
Cash took a moment to think. He then let out a light chuckle, sat next to his brother and wrapped an arm around his shoulder. "Ya know what, I think that'll be a good idea, airhead." They took a second to take in their area. Trees were burned down, the rivers were almost dried and the skies, though still blue, had been gloomy for the longest.
"So...that was war." Cammy said. " It's a lot more different then what the books said."
"Yeah, it'll be a story to tell the wives, huh?"
"Wives? Yeah, like you could even get a cute mare to even approach you, looking like that." Cammy laughed, earning a smack to the back of the head. "Owch! What was that for!?"
"For old times sake." Cash said with a grin.
After a few seconds of silence, the two burst out in contagious laughter.
