A large, well-kept warehouse near the border to the inner city under the strict control of the Manehattan government, long lines are constantly seen trailing out of the building. To everyone that has not proven their loyalty, there is always a daily handout of food and water, though it somehow always seem to be barely enough. And don't get any ideas to storm the warehouse and take the supplies by force! The guards that patrol there are not for show and will kill if necessary (or if they feel like it).
